The Reunification program assist homeless residents who need transportation assistance to return to their homes and/or support systems in the Metro Atlanta.
The Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness assist unsheltered person by engaging them where they are located, ensuring the individuals gain assess to any treatment they need (Mental Illness, physical health, and substance abuse, and in addition to housing with the support of case management.
The primary focus to the outreach program is to engage clients living on the streets and living in unhealthy environments are not for human habitation and enroll them into The Serenity Foundation of Seven programs.
On a weekly basis, The Serenity Foundation of Seven INC- which includes trained staff and advocates search for youth and adults that have experienced where homelessness tends to hide. The Serenity Foundation of Seven INC partners with local governmental agencies and other liaisons in the Metro Area of Atlanta who are experiencing homelessness or have been running away from their families.
The Serenity Foundation of Seven INC offers educational services, job readiness programs, life readiness programs, and additional programs with other community partners.
Supportive housing was designed to promote the development of those with special needs, chronically homeless, homeless women, and women with children that promotes self-sufficiency and offers a full continuum of prevention, intervention, and on-going supportive services onsite. The combination of housing relocation services, intensive case management enables homeless person to break the cycle of homeless.

From our headquarters, Case Managers and Human Trafficking Task Force provide children and adults with 24-hour services, 7 days a week.
We rescue youth from pimps, help with medical services, public health insurance, social security/disability benefits, maternity housing, drug program placement, domestic violence housing, transportation, mental health services, psychiatric evaluations or access to psychotropic medications, advocacy with the courts, social workers, probation officers, resume preparation, job placement, access to vocational or trade schools or community colleges, applications for FAFSA (federally funded financial aid)—we are ready and willing to help
